UX/UI designer

Requirements:
— T-shaped with 2,5+ years of experience designing (Web Applications);
— Understanding of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies;
— Experience with creating design systems;
— Experience in startups;
— Hand-on experience with responsive designs and grid systems is a must;
— In-depth knowledge of Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries);
— Capability quick validation concept with a team and stakeholders;
— Strong design portfolio of past work;
— Upper-Intermediate English verbal and written, is a must;
— Team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
— Requirements analysis experience;
— Mobile design experience;
— Design workshops, facilitation experience;
— Experience work in project discovery phase or pre-sales.

Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with technical team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into design;
— Create wireframes, site maps, user flows, working prototypes;
— Present and provide UI deliveries;
— Communication with clients from USA.
