Project Manager

Requirements:
— A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager;
— Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects;
— Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;
— Upper Intermediate to Advanced English writing and verbal skills;
— Experienced in online task management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities:
— Maintain very organized backlog (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs);
— Coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and overall sprint activities;
— Gather and share information on progress and milestones reached to team;
— Work with business stakeholders to ensure business analysis is sufficient to assign to developers;
— Schedule and coordinate daily standup and weekly discussions with team members and external stakeholders based locally and abroad;
— Maintain task descriptions, status and other information to ensure it is current and represents a clear and accurate picture;
— Assist in planning and scheduling of daily activities of assigned staff and project team members;
— Help continually refine and improve Project Management practices. Look for areas of improvements and make suggestions.
