HR Manager

Requirements:
— At least 1+ years of IT HR Manager experience
Upper-intermediate English
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
— Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
— Understanding of HR processes
— Knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details
— Ability to work with all levels of management

Responsibilities:
— Support and improvements current processes (onboarding, adaptation, 1-1 meetings, performance review, training, exit interview)
— Manage company benefits (health insurance, vacation, sick leaves, anniversary gifts) and recommend improvements
— Budgeting
— Regularly track HR Metrics
— Help build loyalty and an impressive eNPS
— Help in recruiting
— Event management
— Work close with CEO
— Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions
