Account Manager

Requirements:
— 1.5+ years of Account Management experience;
— Advanced English writing and verbal;
— Experience working with US/European companies communicating at managerial level;
— Good business correspondence, presentation and sales skills;
— Understanding of how business works in USA, other countries and cross-cultural differences;
— Deep understanding of software development company functioning;
— Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections;
— Understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures;
— Understanding of project/budget estimation techniques;
— Personal traits: purposeful, client-oriented, analytical and system thinking, responsible;
— Negotiation, influence and conflict resolution skills.


Responsibilities:

— Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ opportunities with in or related to the project;
— Elaborate all legal project documentation (contracts, acts of acceptance etc.);
— Investigate customer industry, business environment, rivals (it`s profile, internal organizational structure, stakeholders, processes and other customer related data);
— Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner;
— Grow account by discovering customer’s business needs and offering relevant solutions & services;
— Elaborate all legal project documentation (contracts, acts of acceptance etc.);
— Ensures the affirmation of documents on the client`s side.
