Project overview (USA, Product): The database of investment companies, that provides clients  up to date information about the company and it’s owners/decision makers.  Product has many clients and we are working on updating it and moving to the new tech stack

Team Size: 2 Software Engineers (Ukraine).

Project overview: The health superapp, which includes many integration with health services and it uses custom AI to check and audit your health condition. The app will provide opportunity to schedule online/offline visit to doctor, control medical treatment etc.

Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview — up to 40 minutes
2) Technical Interview — up to 1.5 hours
3) Final Interview — 15 minutes

If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team:

— 2-4 years of project management experience with various software development teams;
— Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams of 5 or more members;
— Proficient in spoken and written English at an Upper Intermediate level;
— Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and XP;
— Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
— Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly;
— Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills;
— Ability to balance process and result-oriented approaches effectively;
— Previous experience with Microsoft Azure Devops;
— Proven experience in requirement analysis;
— Knowledge or experience in change management processes;
— Demonstrated ability to bring innovative solutions to challenges.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:

— Plan, organize, lead, and motivate the team to achieve objectives and ensure effective project delivery;
— Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including planning releases and sprints; additionally, fulfill the role of Scrum Master for the team;
— Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, providing high-level reports on client perspectives, team dynamics, and business development;
— Develop and maintain project documentation, including Gantt charts, risk registers, and other relevant materials;
— Conduct proactive risk management activities to anticipate and address potential issues;
— Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members;
— Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members, providing constructive feedback in performance reviews;
— Build and maintain positive relationships among team members and foster connections between the team and stakeholders;
— Monitor and enhance team happiness and engagement, implementing strategies to improve the overall team experience;
— Gather, analyze and manage project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations;
— Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
