Team Size: 3 sales managers.

Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview — up to 40 minutes;
2) Technical Interview — up to 1,5 hours.

If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team:

— At least 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation in IT (USA, Europe);
— Good understanding of sales process in IT industry;
— Knowledge of software development technologies and processes;
— Previous experience in developing content i.e., newsletters, websites, articles will be a plus;
— Medium+ proficiency in CRM (Dynamics) and e-mail marketing tools such as HubSpot;
— Experience with automation tools for e-mail campaigns;
— Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher;
— Excellent communication skills, responsible, results-driven and self-motivated.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:

— Search for potential clients via different channels;
— Analyze and qualify leads by company specialization and strategy;
— Get the DM contact information (email, phone, position, etc.) and fill it into the CRM (Dynamics);
— Get first contact with inbound and outbound leads;
— Identify client needs and offer solutions and support;
— Research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
— Work closely and consistently with other team personnel to reach common goals;
— Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning;
— Reporting to the Managing Director (co-founder) regarding (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
— Approaching targeted leads, schedule introduction calls potential lead and with Senior BM`s, be present during calls, do meeting notes and update details in CRM, schedule next calls;
— Building long-term relationships with potential partners;
— Cooperation with the PR/Marketing Department.
