We provide software product commercialization, web and mobile development, AI/ML/IOT, Cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure services to customers worldwide.
Our newest office was opened in the Kastela, Croatia in 2022. We are looking for top talent to join our company as we grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our existing small team at the birth of our Croatia office as we grow towards one of the top IT companies in Croatia.

What do we expect from you?
— 4+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager in IT
— Minimum 2 years of Sales Manager experience selling IT outsourcing services to customers in Western Europe and/or the US
— A solid track record of strong client relationships, successfully closing software development deals
— Advanced English verbal and written skills
— Experience in working with CRM (HubSpot)
— Strong listening skills. Being able to ask good questions to find the real issues that prospects are experiencing and must solve today
Nice to have requirements:
— Fluency in one or more Western European languages
— General understanding and experience with digital media channels
— Full selling cycle from the researching of potential leads/first contact, up to the signed contract, and switching to Account Management once closed. Then focus on more new business sales
— Writing and executing of your own prospecting and sales plan
— Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas
— Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market: Western Europe & North America (small to medium-sized businesses with 25-1,000 employees)
— Approaching targeted leads, setting up meetings, ability to deliver engaging presentations
— Identify client needs and offer solutions and support
— Building long-term relationships with potential partners
— Cooperation with the PR/Marketing Department
— Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
— Reporting to the Managing Director (co-founder) regarding (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
