Our newest office was opened in the Kastela Croatia in 2022. We are looking for top talent to join our company as we grow.

Location: Kastela (Split) area.

What do we expect from you?

— Fluent English level;
— 2+years of experience in Business Analyst;
— Deep understanding of application development life-cycle with the ability to understand business function, gathering information and evaluating output requirements;
— Practical experience in project documentation creation (SRS, User Guides, Data mapping, features list) and deliver documents for in scope;
— Practical experience in diagrams using (UML and BPMN notations);
— Analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
— Planning, organizational, and time management skills;
— The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
— Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum);
— Experience in Project Coordinator/Project manager role will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

— Investigate, understand, and get deep into client’s organization-specific policies and business rules;
— Create clear and transparent documentation/base for industry specific knowledge and data;
— Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation analysis, and validation;
— Interview stakeholders and knowledge matter experts to gather information required for the product’s business logic;
— Define and Document business needs and functional requirements. Constructing workflow charts and diagram. Studying system capabilities;
— Analyse business requirements and specify them to an appropriate level of details needed for development process;
— Deliver functionality requirements to development team via task management tool, support in clarifications of requirements;
— Develop and maintain requirements documentation as well as maintain up-to-date state of User Stories in the backlog;
— Keep track of dependencies between requirements and drive change request management;
— Perform user acceptance testing;
— Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements;
— Became owner of the source of truth for the specific process related requirements.
